Muskegon's Only Source of Independent and Foreign Cinema, the Harbor Theater, is hosting the Festival beginning May 20th and goes till May 23rd.
A 4 day festival celebrating independent film, music, art, and all the fun that comes with the Lakeside neighborhood. Held May 20th - 23rd in 2010. Check the Current Schedule and get your passes!
